Refactored connection-related code and implemented custom connections to give users more flexible integration options inside Zoho Flow.

The challenge here was less about feature coding and more about understanding the internal model well enough to extend it without destabilizing the product.

Built a feature that let users work with custom or previously unavailable APIs, giving them more control over how they orchestrated automations.

This kind of feature is valuable because it gives a product room to grow around user needs instead of waiting for every integration to be productized first.

Built a custom fields framework that helped internal Zoho teams map and reuse Zoho Flow more efficiently for their own use cases.

Its real impact came from reuse. Once internal teams could adopt the pattern instead of rebuilding the same logic, the organization saved both time and engineering effort.

Worked on exposing the platform's own API endpoints so flows and connections could be created programmatically, opening the way for later capabilities.

This was foundational work. It did not just add an endpoint. It created a technical base that enabled later platform features like custom connections.
